Are you caught in the break- up dilemmas?
by Denzing Jones
Marriages, we say, are made in heaven. And we fervently hope that they would last till "death do us apart". Unfortunately this is not how every marriage turns out to be in the modern times. Recent surveys have shown that like the west, the rates of divorce have gone up in the east too. We can't analyze the causes of this increasing rate of divorce because the reasons are innumerable and varied, nor can we chalk
out a 'break proof' strategy to keep the marriages from falling apart. But in most cases it has been seen that divorce leaves behind a trail of painful feelings like anxiety, loneliness, feelings of guilt, incompleteness etc which we together refer to as 'Depression'. First of all, let me ask you what do you mean when you say that this particular person is going through depression? Depression is a condition that arises when there is an imbalance in the chemicals in the brain which are responsible for our emotional state. Too technical? Let me explain you this way. Our brain primarily is a messaging system, the most efficient messaging system at that. It sends and receives messages from different parts of the body with the help of nerve cells called neurons. These neurons are in turn depended on chemicals called neurotransmitters to do their job. When these neurotransmitters or the brain chemicals fail to deliver messages correctly between brain cells there is disruption in communication thus leading to what we term as depression in common language.
Depression can be dangerous because it sometimes leads to very fateful consequences. It has been seen that people take drastic steps in depression specially after going through a failed relationship. A divorce or a broken courtship from time immemorial has been a very fertile cause of depression. It's almost like living in a sea of nothingness when we part ways with a person who seemed invincible from our life. We feel as if there's no purpose left and we are engulfed by a feeling of hopelessness and worthlessness at not having been able to save the relationship. These are, the experts say, very normal consequences of a failed relationship. However depression involves abnormal working of the human mind and as such it needs treatment.
Hence specialists have carved out cures for people going through depression following a "break up". Let me add here that cures of different causes of depression may differ. In order to cure depression for the above cause, doctors use methods like Psychotherapy or talk therapy. Most of the doctors also prescribe anti-depressants to patients. Again these anti depression pills may differ in strength in accordance with the kind of depression one is having. For example in order to deal with depression on a smaller scale doctors prescribe you to buy xanax, a very popular anti-depression drug which is also available with the on line pharmacies. So if you are prescribed the drug you can buy xanax online at a discounted rate. Benzodiazepines, Valium, Sarex, Klonopin, Ativan, Librium and Tranxene are some other drugs that fall in this category and they are also available on the net. Haldol, Thorazine, Risperdal and Clozaril are the drugs that are prescribed as strong medication for depression. Remember that you should order xanax or any of these medicines only when they have been prescribed by a Doctor and not otherwise.
The only way to cure depression is to acknowledge that you are going through depression. This realization must come from the person concerned. Relapsing in grief and sorrow and living a secluded life inside a shell is no answer to the harshness that life may have given you. Always remember that though it may sound clichéd, a break up or a divorce is not the end of life. Though it's tough but with a little effort from your side you will find all sorts of avenues opening up right at your foot step. Who knows you may actually bump into your true prince charming only now!
