Although maybe many people will not be able to practice this technique so a fruits juice fasting may a good alternative for sake of your health. 2. Drink as much water as possible
Water is our body most essential need secondly to air of course. human can live (although not quite healthy) for more than a week without food, but can only survive for a few days without water support. Our body liquid volume (in cc) is equal to 70 times of our body weight. This liquid work to maintain the balance of many bodily system, like heat, electrolyte, minerals and as a media for toxic waste dumping through urine and sweat. Thus for our health, drinking as much as water is a must in our daily life. If you ever heard the expression "lacking is bad, having too much is worst" than drinking water as much as possible is not include to that expression because in normal state, our body will always maintain its bancing machanism, so if you drink too much, you gonna urinate ai a large quantity also and your toxic waste will be dumped as mush as possible with your urine. a clear white urine is one sign that your body is healthy. And if it possible you can add fresh milk diet everyday to rapidly tune your body health. 3. Live a vegetarian life
There is no debate among human life that meat is delicious an contain a lot of protein and fat that our body need to stay healthy BUT people don't realize that meat eating is "the one ticket to unhealthy body and life." such a contrary right ? why ? Because beside its benefit, it also act as disease carrier. Have you ever heard of the mad cow disease ? Taeniasis ? and avian flu that struck earth with terror lately ? they all came from meat products consumption and don't forget about "the bad Fat" or LDL (low density lipid), VLDL (very low density lipid) and "cholesterol" that making you much vulnerable to vascular disease like stroke. So if you can feel you need your body to be working much longer and become healthy, you should consider eating more vegetables and fruits than chewing meat products. More than that if you compare 1 kg of mixed meats with 1 Kg of mixed non meat products like green peas, spinach, carrots, potato and rice, you will see that the non meat products will give you more fuel and most importantly non bad effect to your body to become more healthy and even healthier than people who eat meat products.
There are still many way to become healthy but by starting with this three simple way, you will become few step closer to a healthy and happy life.
