factor to consider when choosing the right breast implant for you is their shape. Round or contoured/anatomical, the shape of the breast implants will contribute to the overall appearance of your body following breast augmentation. For example, the round implant may make your breasts appear fuller, while the contoured ones may result in a more natural appearance.
Finally, the size of the breast implant should ideally be something you will remain comfortable with for a long period of time. For a general idea of the right size for you, try wearing a bra that's the size you are considering. Fill the bra with socks or bits of material, and see if it is what you'd like.
